I have struggled with anxiety since I was a child and when I worked in corporate America, it was the worst.  I used to come home so would up with tension and anxiety, I was like an Instapot ready to explode.

My only coping skills to let go of the pressure: eating junk food and drinking a couple of glasses (or two) of wine.

The next day, I would feel even worse about myself, causing more anxiety, then I would feel the need to release it again.
